- Vendedor afirma que el cliente recibirá una contraseña para reservar sus vacaciones fácilmente a través de un sitio como Expedia u Orbitz
- Ofrecer un programa de renta vitalicia, donde los clientes se compromete a obtener de su inversión total de nuevo después de 25 años si pagan un extra de 7.5% del precio de compra para Lloydshare, una empresa terciaria que organiza la anualidad. Hace afirmaciones que son la misma empresa de seguros Lloyds de Londres.

Never give this company any money upfront.
I've never understood why anyone buys time-share. Not only do you have a capital cost but you have an outrageous annual maintenance cost (try adding that up for all the weeks - what a con!) that always seems to be as much as if you had simply rented a place for the allotted weeks each year.
don't think you can sell or take your timeshare as downpayment or rent your weeks, it's a big fat lie
They offered a 4 night paid vacation, and we got NOTHING. We received what looks like a gift card, and they told us we would just need to call the number on the back to book. When we got back to home and called it was NOTHING. Not a vacation, not a discount for a vacation.....NOTHING.
Do not get caught in this scam! It's a well played game. Do not get caught in it.
Lo mejor es ingnorarlos por completo y continuar con las vacaciones, son muy mentirosos e insistentes!
I may be the first to say this... but maybe we should all get together and sue the company. with such false information and representation i'm sure we could sue the pants right off those people.

We paid it in full but did not use it. We are thinking of sending them a registered letter with a request to cancel the contract and get some money back.
Please take my warning and NEVER STAY AT A NH KRYSTAL! Do not even waste your time and sit through a timeshare presentations.
