QUEJAS de Tiempo Compartido en SOL MELIA

Sol Meliá tenía TODO para arruinar mis vacaciones: desde el check‑in lento (1 hora!) hasta habitaciones sin agua caliente. El servicio al cuarto tardaba DÍAS, literal. Ah, y las prácticas de tiempo compartido son DE TERROR… No lo repito nunca

Booked Sol Meliá in Cancun expecting a chill resort vibe. Well, the pool bar ran out of ice every single afternoon (!!), and staff seemed trained only to upsell spa “memberships.” total waste of $$$.

I bought a timeshare in Grand Melia, they did not give me enough time to read the contract and they only talked about how great the vacation plan, Until I started using it, is when I realized the small font lines that I could not read in the begginning. The investment was big mistake so I called to complain, but they only replied that as long as it is not in the contract it does not count and that it is not possible to cancel.

I got lied to so that I would buy this membership with Sol Melia. It´s an awful membership. You can´t travel when, where or how often you want like they say and advertise. I honestly see no difference between being a membership user or a regular guest and I am nos forcefully paying double the initial cost for a year.

My parents are really upset with Gran Melia resort sales manager. They offered an ownership that was supposedly to safely cancel within a year. Since they were not able to travel to Mexico when the pandemic started, they called to cancel 7 months after the purchase but oh surprise it turned out worse.

I consider myself a well informed buyer and I bought the timeshare at Sol melia resort beause I was told so many things that were not true or omissions of the truth. I was lucky I didn´t spend 30k and bought the 5 year package, but guess what? I was only able to use it twice. I don´t know why it´s so hard to get in.

Alguien me puede decir como dar de baja este contrato, gracuas

estafadores a mas no poder, muy mal que nadie pueda regularizar las estafas de estas compañias de tiempo compartido, los papeles que firmas son de adorno, no hemos recuperado nada de dinero

La peor estafa el club melia. Lo adquiri en unas vacaciones en RD, me vendieron una suite espectacular y un contrato que estaba muy lejos de la realidad. Desde el 2013 que emepece a pagarlo no tuve mas que problemas en cada oportunidad que quize utilizar mi semana vacacional. Ademas de enviarme a ltros hoteles mas baratos y con ningun tratamiento VIp cada reserva fue una pesadilla. La respuesta siempre es “no hay lugar” y ahi empieza la guerra de llamados en los cuales te atienden personas que lo único que hacen es repetir un disco rallado, sin ninguna solucion, es la peor atención al cliente, ademas de unos estafadores. Totalmente arrepentida de comprar este contrato y de haber pagado miles de dolares. Un gran dolor de cabeza.
