QUEJAS de Tiempo Compartido en CANTO DEL SOL

I can no longer trust anyone to sell my timeshare and I am behind in my maintenance fee. I am hoping that you can help me solve this problem. This fraudulence should not be allowed.

No se cómo salir, la verdad me siento desesperada ya no quiero seguir pagando. Voy a ir al profeco pero me dan pocas esperanzas de que me devuelvan lo que ya pagué. No quiero que se queden con todo mi dinero, estoy dispuesta a pagarles una multa pero no todo. Ayúdenme!

Now it is obvious that this membership was a Scam, in which a Timeshare purchase was advertised as an investment and discount travel deal. Stay away from these fraudulent presentations at Canto del Sol It is a scam.

Someone on here must know attorneys that can advice and how we can all come together and stop this robbery of innocent people.

I hate that resort, i know so much people who get scammed by Canto del Sol, it's a really big problem to cancel or sell the timeshares.

My husband and i took a vacation to Mexico, what appeared to be a relaxing trip, turned in to a nightmare on the second day.

I did not write a review saying anything bad about Canto Del Sol.  I thought I was inquiring about a unit for rent.

My wife and I bought a timeshare at Playa de Sol, in January, 2010. We cancelled the deal in midweek, but were talked out of it with promises that a now defunct brokerage firm would sell both the bonus week and previous timeshares we owned. The promises were not in writing. We attempted to cancel again the following morning, but were told it was too late. The salesman's supervisor kept asking what the salesman had done that was illegal (nothing that we knew of) and said if we cancelled we would forfeit our deposit. She made us sign a statement that we were not signing the deal (in her handwriting), but I wrote beneath our signatures that this was with the understanding that it was too late to cancel the deal.
