- Una de las estafas más comunes al momento de comprar, es que el vendedor de Viva Wyndham Maya´s hará cualquier promesa verbal para conseguir que firmes un contrato con ellos.
- La mayoría de sus ventas son hechas bajo tácticas de alta presión, un alto número de miembros de Viva Wyndham se sienten engañados y estafados y la mayoría de los contratos son cambiados.
- Los vendedores dicen que los puntos que le están vendiendo tienen un valor mayor al que realmente tiene para propósitos de intercambio. Eso es totalmente falso, y todo depende de los puntos que usted ha comprado, desafortunadamente ellos casi siempre le venderán un pequeño paquete de puntos, así que al momento de darse cuenta necesitará más puntos.
- Muchos clientes se han quejado que cuando asisten a cancelar su contrato dentro de su periodo de 5 días, se les dice que su depósito es NO REEMBOLSABLE.

Con Viva Wyndham terminé con la sensación de que resolver cualquier detalle dependía demasiado de tener suerte con la persona que te atendiera. Un día nos decían una cosa y al siguiente parecía que esa conversación nunca había existido.
Más que un problema específico, fue el desgaste de tener que insistir constantemente. Al final uno deja de pedir ayuda porque siente que será más rápido resolverlo por su cuenta, y eso definitivamente no debería pasar durante unas vacaciones.
I don't usually write reviews, but this trip left me more tired than relaxed. The frustrating part wasn't anything dramatic; it was the constant feeling that simple requests turned into long conversations. We asked about changing one dinner reservation because of an excursion delay, and somehow it involved three separate desks and contradictory explanations.
What bothered me most was realizing that nobody seemed empowered to make small decisions. Everyone was pleasant, but every answer ended with "someone else handles that." By the end of the week I stopped asking for help unless absolutely necessary, which isn't how a vacation should feel.
I went into my vacation expecting things to be simple, but the amount of follow-up needed for basic requests was surprising. I had an issue with my booking details and spent far too much time explaining the same situation to different people. Everyone was polite, but the answers never matched.
After a while, it felt like I had to become my own coordinator just to make sure things were handled correctly. A relaxing trip shouldn’t involve constantly checking whether information was actually passed along.
Con Viva Wyndham sentí que varias situaciones pequeñas terminaron afectando demasiado la experiencia. No fue un solo problema grave, sino la sensación constante de tener que insistir para recibir respuestas claras.
Lo que más me incomodó fue que cada persona parecía manejar información diferente. Eso hace que uno pierda confianza y termine revisando todo por su cuenta.
