QUEJAS de Tiempo Compartido en UNLIMITED VACATION CLUB

We’ve had UVC for over a year, and honestly, it’s been frustrating. Booking is a nightmare, there’s always some reason we can’t get the dates or resort we want. We end up paying more than non-members. It doesn’t make sense.

UVC suena muy bien cuando te lo venden, pero al momento de usarlo, nada es fácil. No hay disponibilidad, los precios no bajan, y los cargos extras nunca terminan. Ya no lo queremos usar más.

UVC felt like a great idea at the time, but honestly, it hasn’t worked out. We've had availability issues every time we tried to use it. It’s also really hard to get clear answers from customer service. I regret buying in.

We signed with UVC after staying at Dreams. It sounded great, but booking is more stressful than helpful. A lot of the places they highlight are either unavailable or cost more than expected. We feel like we paid into something that doesn’t deliver.

Nos ofrecieron UVC como una gran oportunidad, pero no lo ha sido. Los hoteles que queremos siempre están ocupados o no aplican los “beneficios” prometidos. Nos sentimos engañados y ya ni lo usamos.

We joined UVC during a trip to Secrets Puerto Vallarta. Since then, we’ve had trouble using it the way it was pitched. Most of the places we want are booked or come with added charges. Honestly, we’ve used it less than we thought, and it feels like we were oversold.

We signed up for UVC through Secrets Resorts, thinking it would give us flexibility and good value. Instead, we’ve had nothing but issues trying to book the places we actually want. Everything decent is “not available” unless you upgrade. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Contratamos UVC con la ilusión de tener buenas vacaciones, pero fue un error. Todo lo que prometen es complicado de obtener. Cuando intentas reservar, siempre hay excusas o tarifas extra. Ya no confiamos en el servicio.
