QUEJAS de Tiempo Compartido en WESTGATE

Westgate Lakes in Orlando was a total waste. The pools were packed, the elevators broke down twice, and every time we turned around, another staff member was trying to sell us something. I’ve stayed at budget hotels that offered better service and less hassle.

En Westgate Las Vegas nada funciona como debería. El personal no tiene idea de lo que hace, las habitaciones huelen mal y el “desayuno gratuito” no vale la pena. Pero claro, lo que más les interesa es que firmes algo del tiempo compartido. Muy desagradable.

Westgate Orlando was one headache after another. The staff was rude, the pool was dirty, and the Wi-Fi barely worked. Worst of all, they wouldn’t stop calling us about their “exclusive ownership opportunities.” I spent more time dodging salespeople than actually relaxing.

Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort was one disappointment after another. The check-in process was chaotic, and our room wasn’t ready even though we arrived late. Then came the relentless sales tactics—phone calls, invitations, and even people knocking on our door early in the morning. It’s more like a sales office than a vacation resort.

En Westgate Las Vegas, lo único constante fue la presión para comprar tiempo compartido. No podíamos caminar por el lobby sin que alguien nos abordara. Además, el servicio de limpieza fue pésimo y el aire acondicionado hacía un ruido insoportable. No recomendaría este lugar a nadie.

Our stay at Westgate Orlando was disappointing from the start. The resort looks fine, but once you arrive, everything’s about selling you a timeshare. They even called our room multiple times to “remind” us of a presentation we never signed up for. The constant harassment ruined what could’ve been a nice vacation.

Every single day someone tried to get us to attend a “short presentation.” When we refused, the staff’s attitude flipped completely. The amenities were average at best, and honestly, I wish we’d stayed anywhere else.
