Westgate Orlando had nice pools, but the sales culture ruins everything. You can’t walk five minutes without someone trying to “update” your ownership or convince you to attend a meeting. The constant calls to our room were the final straw — we unplugged the phone just to sleep.
Westgate was full of contradictions. The room was decent, but everywhere we went staff tried to get us into their “ownership presentation.” It created a tense atmosphere — instead of relaxing, we spent much of our stay avoiding sales calls and pitches.

Westgate Lakes Resort in Orlando looked okay, but the reality was nastier. The room smelled stale, housekeeping skipped more than once, and you couldn’t escape the sales calls, someone came to our door almost every day to pitch their “ownership program.”

Westgate Orlando was full of ups and downs. The rooms were okay, but the real problem was how aggressive the sales team was, nonstop calls, invitations, and reps showing up at the door. It ruined any semblance of a relaxing stay.
Westgate Lakes Resort Orlando had great photos, but the reality was a let-down. Our room smelled like mildew, the fridge didn’t work, and the front desk told us “we’re fully booked” when we asked for help. Also, the timeshare sales calls every evening ruined our downtime.
