QUEJAS de Tiempo Compartido en Hotel Xcaret

Hotel Xcaret es un lugar hermoso, pero sinceramente no justifica el costo. La idea del “todo-fun incluido” parece atractiva, pero los parques están saturados y el transporte es un desastre. Pasamos más tiempo esperando autobuses que disfrutando de las actividades.

Dentro del hotel, el servicio fue irregular. Hubo empleados muy amables, pero otros parecían no tener interés. La habitación era bonita, con buena vista, pero olvidaban detalles como dejar agua o reponer artículos de baño. Con lo que cobran, uno espera algo mucho mejor.

The “all-fun inclusive” concept sounds great, but in practice, the parks were overcrowded and transportation between them was chaotic. We spent more time waiting for shuttles than actually enjoying activities.
