Hay mucha promoción y poca claridad. Cuando uno pide detalles concretos, evitan responder directamente. El trato cambia después de rechazar las ofertas y eso se nota.
Stayed at Crown Paradise Golden expecting something calm, but the reality was underwhelming. The room felt dated, the AC struggled, and dining options were limited for an all-inclusive. Being approached about vacation plans early on set an uncomfortable tone that never fully went away.

Crown Paradise Club Cancún looked vibrant, but the experience was exhausting. The kids’ areas were overcrowded, the restaurants were understaffed, and during every meal someone approached us with sales offers for ownership programs. We came to relax — not negotiate.
En Crown Paradise Golden Puerto Vallarta el ambiente se sentía más de ventas que de descanso. Las habitaciones estaban decentes, pero la persistencia de vendedores arruinó la tranquilidad. En vez de disfrutar la playa o la alberca, uno termina esquivando vendedores. Muy mal concepto.
Stayed at Crown Paradise Club Cancún and felt constantly bothered by sales staff. Every time we entered the lobby or lounge, someone approached us with “special offers” and promos for their vacation-ownership program. Even simple requests like extra towels felt laden with expectation. The stay lost all joy.
En Crown Paradise Golden la experiencia fue caótica. El check-in duró una eternidad, la alberca parecía siempre saturada y el personal no se daba abasto. Entre mantenimiento deficiente y comida mediocre, nos arrepentimos pronto.
Crown Paradise Golden looked adult-friendly online, but in person it was noisy, understaffed, and disorganized. The elevators barely worked, the beach chairs were all broken or occupied, and the drinks tasted watered down. With how many upsells they throw at you, you’d expect a much higher standard.
Palace Resorts markets itself as premium, but the experience is full of contradictions. We were promised room upgrades, credits, and priority booking, none of which were available when we actually needed them. The staff shrugged everything off as “system limitations.” Convenient excuse.
