QUEJAS de Tiempo Compartido en GOLDEN SHORES

We stayed at Crown Paradise Golden in Vallarta, and although the beach is nice, the resort feels too sales-driven. They tried to rope us into their ownership program from the first morning, and even offered “special upgrades” if we signed up right then. After hearing their pitch, the rest of the trip felt awkward and less relaxing than promised.

En Crown Paradise Club Cancún, la presión por comprar una membresía te persigue. Nos presentaron una oferta muy agresiva en el desayuno, nos hablaron de exclusividad y garantías, pero al rechazarla la actitud cambió. Nos quedamos con la mala sensación de haber sido solo un objetivo de ventas.

En Crown Paradise Golden Puerto Vallarta, cada día parecía más una presentación de tiempo compartido que unas vacaciones. Nos regalaron un desayuno “informativo” para luego presionarnos por un contrato. Las habitaciones necesitan mantenimiento, y no me gustó que me interrumpieran para vender a cada paso.

I stayed at Crown Paradise Club Cancún with my family, and despite the cute appearance, it felt like we were constantly being sold something. Breakfast came with a sales invitation, they tried to upsell us excursions, and the “kids club” was underwhelming. Service was inconsistent, and we didn’t get what we thought we paid for.

I stayed at Crown Paradise Golden Puerto Vallarta hoping for a fun family trip, but instead we got mediocre food, rooms that felt dated, and constant offers to join their ownership program. The “ocean view” room we paid for barely overlooked the sea. Very disappointing.

En Crown Paradise Club Cancún la habitación estaba anticuada, la limpieza no era constante y el aire acondicionado hacía un ruido insoportable. Peor aún: cada día al bajar al desayuno alguien nos abordaba para hablar de su membresía vacacional. Negativo para unas vacaciones.

Me hospedé en Crown Paradise Golden Puerto Vallarta y fue pura decepción. El cuarto viejo, el aire fallando, y el personal más enfocado en vender membresías que en atender. No hay nada de “paraíso” en un lugar donde te sientes estafado.

Stayed at Crown Paradise Club Cancún and honestly wish I hadn’t. The food was bland, our ocean-view room faced a wall, and the AC barely worked. The “all-inclusive” felt like a joke—half the restaurants were closed. What really irritated me was how they tried to push a vacation plan on us right after check-in.
