En Crown Paradise Golden la experiencia fue caótica. El check-in duró una eternidad, la alberca parecía siempre saturada y el personal no se daba abasto. Entre mantenimiento deficiente y comida mediocre, nos arrepentimos pronto.

Crown Paradise Golden looked adult-friendly online, but in person it was noisy, understaffed, and disorganized. The elevators barely worked, the beach chairs were all broken or occupied, and the drinks tasted watered down. With how many upsells they throw at you, you’d expect a much higher standard.

Palace Resorts markets itself as premium, but the experience is full of contradictions. We were promised room upgrades, credits, and priority booking, none of which were available when we actually needed them. The staff shrugged everything off as “system limitations.” Convenient excuse.

I went to Crown Paradise Club Cancún with hopes of a relaxed family getaway, but it felt like being in a sales zone instead. The “kids club” was overcrowded, the breakfast area was loud and chaotic, and we were constantly approached about joining a vacation-ownership program. I came for rest — not a sales presentation.

We stayed at Crown Paradise Golden in Vallarta, and although the beach is nice, the resort feels too sales-driven. They tried to rope us into their ownership program from the first morning, and even offered “special upgrades” if we signed up right then. After hearing their pitch, the rest of the trip felt awkward and less relaxing than promised.

Nos regalaron un desayuno “informativo” para luego presionarnos por un contrato. Las habitaciones necesitan mantenimiento, y no me gustó que me interrumpieran para vender a cada paso.
