What's the best way to sell my timeshare?

I have a timeshare my wife and i purchased a few years ago. It's a point system type timeshare and we really want to get ride of it. What's the best way to sell it. Were not looking to make any money on this thing we just want out from under it. We own it upright, however there is a yearly mantanince fee.
