How do I donate my timeshare to charity?

I'm looking for someone to accept my timeshare donation. I 'own' a timeshare in Los Cabos, Mexico: Raintree Club Regina. It's a studio, every other year, floating week; exchange is RCI. The only expenses are annual fees, and all are paid up to date. I need to donate before the end of the year.
