How does one sell a timeshare?

We purchased a time share on our current vacation in PV at the Tau Resort in Riveria Nayarit, my question is I have read some very unhappy stories of members who purchased last year about the on-going delay in construction of this resort, and now i´m concerned about this project completing and getting my money back.
