Tiempo Compartido en HACIENDA TRES RIOS – ¡Tenga CUIDADO!

Are any other owners, like me, at Hacienda tres rios fed up with the annual 20% increases in maintenance fees for the last few years? Have you also been stonewalled by the operator when you requested reasonable explanations for the increases. Have you been insulted with the line "it's legal"? If there are others like me, we need to take united action to avoid future abusive increases.

Timeshare thing is not for me , some months ago i was scammed by these guys , at that time i thinked that could be a good idea to get a timeshare, i dont know if is only me or is a massive thing , but the cost of the maintenances fees are so expensive that i cant afford it, i want to get out please.

Hacienda Tres Rios me a timeshare, promising me that they would rent it out as this was to be a business opportunity. They never once rented it. I tried to get out of the deal a few years ago. They tried to ruin my credit history. I negotiated with them through the Profeco, but they arrogantly did not pay the Profeco or me. I want to go out of this timeshare.

I am trying to get rid of my timeshare at Hacienda Tres Rios. I owe nothing on it but I cannot afford the maintenance fees. Plus I don't own nothing but air.. Can you please give me some advice on what to do? Thanks

The term "fractional ownership" is now being used by the timeshare crowd. Call it what you will, it's still going to cost you more than a vacation.

Yo tuve una muy mala experiencia con este resort, me prometieron muchos beneficios si adquiria con ellos unas semanas, total ,cai y jamas me dieron nada de lo prometido , por si fuera poco nunca pude usar mi tiempo compartido que porque no estaba disponible, de que se trata toda esa farsa?

I have given up hope of getting any money for my timeshare so I wanted to just give it away to a charity, but none of the charities on your list wanted it. Why would the charity refuse to take a timeshare that I was giving to them for free?

My husband and I were swindled by timeshare in during our wedding anniversary trip. They gave us the free gifts and everything. Something should have went off when the salesperson mentioned that he use to be an actor. We stayed for the presentation. My husband knowing exactly what they were doing, still was conned. The salesperson lied to us and said that the maintanence fee would be waived because he wanted to do that for "good people". He also mentioned that we would NEVER lose our points it would pile on year after year. It appeared to be a good deal, since I am due this December and wouldn't take a vacation until late next week. After getting home, we looked over the contract and the points do expire. I texted and called about the that and clarification on the maintanence fee being waived, but no response. Unfortunately, when I finally had time to review the contract, it was beyond the six day mark. I am very upset that they would use deceptive practices and have no compassion towards a family expecting a third bundle of joy. I want out!

The sales people are trained on hitting every possible emotion impact. I sat on one and remember vividly entering the demonstration suite all clean and sparkly from the tiles to the glassware, then the sideroom simulating a typical hotel, bland, lights darkened some with the salesperson verbally painting a picture of is this what you want or this and turns with a wave of the hand walking back out into the sparkly room, this could be your families experience.I spotted it immediately and I had to laugh and walked ASAP.
