QUEJAS de Tiempo Compartido en PLAYA DEL SOL

Mi esposa y yo compramos un tiempo compartido en  julio de este año.las tácticas de venta que utilizaron fueron muy agresivas  y molestas.  Queremos cancelar el contrato y recuperar lo más posible del pago que dimos.  Soy desempleado  y no puedo seguir pagando las mensualidades que están en el contrato sin tener una ganancia de por medio como ellos me habían mencionado y que ahora sé que no es verdad.

We had the bad luck of falling for the scams at Playa del sol. Of course they told us all the lies about selling our other timeshare for us, so we signed the contract thinking that all of what they told us was true. Now we are in home and we realized that they lied to us. If someone can suggest something to us to can  cancel this contract, We would be very grateful.

When I purchased my timeshare they never told me that I have to make the reservations several months before. I have all my vacations planned, in fact I even invited my family. the seller  told me that I can use my property easily, but now that I found out it is a lie.This membership was the worst deal I have ever purchased.

We purchased a membership with playa del sol in April 2010.  We tried to use it when we returned home and discovered the membership fees were more expensive then with a travel agent. The membership was falsely represented. Can you help me cancel the membership and refund my down payment?

A nosotros nos  hicieron firmar un contrato creyendo que estábamos comprado otra cosa. Nos vendieron un paquete vacacional el cual nosotros creíamos que era el total de todas las personas y cuando llamamos para reservar nos dijeron que el precio era por persona, lo cual es muy caro y obvio no podemos costear. Desde el principio que nosotros vimos que era muy barato, le repetidas infinidad de veces al vendedor que si los precios que nos estaba dando eran  en total y el nos aseguro cada vez que le preguntamos, claro que el sabia que los precios eran por persona y todo lo hizo por vendernos a fuerzas la membresia.

I purchased a timeshare at Playa del Sol and I have some problems to book  my next vacations. when I was on vacations another seller invited me to another timeshare presentation, I went and I told them all the problems that I had, they suggested me that I should upgrade my timeshare  in order to receive a better service. I paid the difference and I signed a new contract. But the next year I had the exact the same problems, the services and the room didn´t improve and I spent more money.

Please HELP us!! We purchased a timeshare with Playa del Sol, 2 months ago and we feel so stupid my wife and I paid thousands of dollars for a worthless piece of papers called contract, a timeshare that has no real value and lies and misrepresentations.

We purchased a timeshare from Playa del sol at Vallarta and have found nothing they said to be true, an extra fee was added on to our monthly payment  and our extra weeks cannot be traded how they told us. The yearly maintenance fee ends up more than you would spend for one week at the hotel. We have tried to book for next year, but were cheaper on expedia  than through Playa del sol.

A representative from Playa del Sol told me a lot of false promises. I don’t have proof of that because all of the promises were verbal. I thought that all those promises were in the contract because the seller told me that all of them were written, but at the time they pressured me to sign the contract and I didn´t have enough time to read it cover to cover.
