QUEJAS de Tiempo Compartido en PLAYA DEL SOL

I have wanted to post something many times and just not...perhaps out of embarassment...perhaps just not wanting to waste anymore of my time. This vacation time share scam in Mexico just may be one of the biggest global scams of all time. I can only imagine how many American and Canadian tourists have left thousands of dollars on the table and ended up just walking away from it all.

Si alguna ves han pesnado en adquirir un tiempo compartido, les pido que jamas se acerquen a este lugar, son unos completos estafadores, lo que prometen no cumplen , para poder utilizar completamente lso servicios te piden que hagas un "upgrade " de la membresia lo cual es sumamente costosa, todo para sacarte mas dinero , y asi podria continuar, la vd no vale la pena meterse en esto con este tipo de personas estafadoras

If there is any legal action, count me in! I have the name and telephone number of a lawyer here in Illinois that specializes in this stuff, but I've yet to contact him. Before we purchased we stayed at Costa Sur. We were shown a room that had been renovated and were told they would all be done within a year. We went back a 2 years later and NOTHING had been done. The next year we received a special assessment saying it was needed to upgrade Costa Sur (we purchased at the Grand). The contract said special assessments could only be levied in an emergency. In my mind the fact that these crooks promised 3 years earlier that the work was going to be done is proof it wasn't an emergency. I will never go back to Mexico!

te invitan a un desayuna te marean 3-4 personas y al final ponen a un agresivo vendedor que hasta termino molesto por que no le quisimos comprar su fabuloso tiempo compartido cariiisiiiimo. Ojo no crean nada ni vayan a ninguna de esas pláticas que solo quieren tu dinero en plástico.

Nunca había adquirido un paquete, un vendedor me lo ofreció, me parecía una buena oportunidad más cuando me di cuenta del costo del paquete como puede ser posible la recámara que me dieron???, no era ni parecido a lo que me habian mostrado, por que engañan a la gente de esa manera?? me cobraron por un servicio que no lo valía

When i was thinking about getitng a timeshare this resort makes me feel sure about that , years ago my husband and i went to this hotel and we acquire a timeshare , at first all was good but before a few months the people of this resorts started to demmand to pay more money for some exclusevely stuff, we deny to pay that quantity of course, so the complaints had started there, actually we are in the cancellation process.

So, recently i signed up for a timeshare plan. Lucky me, i read the contract and found out in time that this is a scam. Still within my rescission period; so, i tried call, sent registered mails to the sale office, but obviously no one has replied!

I am shocked and angry! I can't believe i was scammed by those rats!!

Good sales pitch but not true I also recommended others to buy packages and they had the same problem so don't believe what they offer you.

I really see it as nothing more than taking your money, and I was a fool and fell for it.
