Quejas Comunes:

We purchased a timeshare at Grand Miramar and their promises - resale of our two other timeshares and rental of our 3 weeks at Grand Miramar have not been fulfilled. We were also scammed by the rental company they used - Luxury Vallarta Rentals. This fraud has cost us thousands of dollars.
We purchased a timeshare at the Grand Miramar in Puerto Vallarta in August. We were promised out timeshare in Cancun would be purchased for $25,000 and we would receive the funds within 60-90 days among othr things such as $700/week for weeks not used. We have not heard anything form the company who apparently is going to purchase our timeshare in Cancun. Now the Grand Miramar is insisting we pay our balance. We initially deposited 20,000.
We were scammed too. And Holiday Vacations still says they want to buy our timeshares, that High End Rentals was supposed to do. They want VAT upfront tax money. Other timeshare companies have contacted us too, and all want fees upfront. Is there any honest business timeshare companies out there? Grand Miramar should be shut down for doing this to everyone. Can we do anything legally about getting our money back fromm GM?
We bought at Grand Miramar they were to sell our 2 other time shares for $25,000. and $16,000. with in 3 months it has been 6 months with no sale and I can not afford to make any more payments, they will not listen to reason. I would like to just get out of this contract and forget I ever heard of them.
Purchased a timeshare at Grand Miramar, Puerto Vallarta. Paid thousands of dollars and was guaranteed resale of 3 existing timeshares we owned. Also guaranteed rental of our Grand Miramar 3 weeks for $1800 each for 7 years. We were mislead during the presentation. We would like to get out of the contract.
Did you get out of the contract? We are trying to
Did u get out of your contract? Did they sale tour property (other timeshare)
I was scammed big time by Grand Miramar in Porto Vallarta. I owe them no money and they owe me everything guaranteed purchase of my Krystal Timeshare one bedroom for 25 plus thousand and rental of my two bedroom Grand Miramar.
Were told we would pay interest only on a $20,000 2 bdrm "foreclosed" which we showed at the Miramar, unit until our timeshare was sold. Filled out an application to BofA (we thought for credit check) and they put thru the $20,000 plus other fees, called the bank and they said they have no foreclosure, and that we bought a timeshare, Miramar says no you didn't buy a timeshare you have a rental agreement.
We were victim of fraud by Miramar they promised us to rent our units and nothing happened. Our Credit card that Miramar setup B of A, has refused our dispute. We are due to pay them $20,00 May 3rd. can somebody help us?!!!
