Villa del Palmar es un resort de tiempo compartido, con diferentes lugares en México como en Cabo San Lucas, Cancún, Islas de Loreto, Puerto Vallarta y Nayarit Rivera. El Resort cuenta con diferentes puntos de recreación, como dos piscinas, tres canchas de tenis, un gimnasio, un spa y un campo de golf todo para disfrutar y tener unas vacaciones relajantes. Desde villas, condominios, suites y penthouse es para todo el público en general, no hay "sólo miembros" zona.

No deje que sus maravillosas palabras te atraigan, lea el contrato antes de firmarlo, el contrato establece claramente que toda promesa verbal hechas por el vendedor que no están en el contrato no son válidas y que la compra de una membresía en el Villa del Palmar no es un la inversión ó sólo otra manera de ahorrar para sus futuras vacaciones, también establece que si usted desea comprar la membresía con el propósito sólido de alquilar con fines de lucro, que se debería reconsiderar la compra de su membresía.
Si usted es un dueño actual de un tiempo compartido en otro resort, el asociado de ventas en Villa del Palmar, le ofrecerá un "trade-in", con la promesa de vender su tiempo compartido existente, los asociados de ventas les refieren a una empresa de reventa para vender su tiempo compartido actual para que pueda comprar en Villa del Palmar, hoy en dia las estafas de tiempo compartido se ha estado extendiendo a las empresas de reventa y alquiler, estas empresas prometen enlistar su tiempo compartido por revender o alquilar, por un considerable cantidad de dinero por adelantado, lo que no te dicen es que ellos no están obligados a venderlo, si no que sólo lo tienen en inventario. También la mayoría de las empresas que piden un pago por adelantado probablemente no son una empresa legítima. Una mentira común es que el asociado de ventas de Villa del Palmar le dirá que el contrato está bajo las leyes de Estados Unidos debido a su oficina sede se encuentra en San Diego, y el período de recesión no está disponible para usted, si el contrato fue firmado en México, el contrato está bajo las leyes Mexicanas, por lo tanto bajo las Leyes Mexicanas usted tiene derecho a su período de recesión para cancelar, la firma de una renuncia a anular su derecho a cancelar también es ilegal.
Servicio al Cliente en Villa del Palmar no es lo que anuncian, servicio al cliente es horrible, nunca contesta el teléfono y si le llegan a contestar el teléfono cualquier problema que usted tiene lo puede solucionar mediante el pago por cuota de lo que se le debe al resort.
En resumen es que Villa del Palmar es un gran resort, un gran lugar para disfrutar con sus amigos y familiares, pero se debe estar preparado para ser acosados por el personal de ventas, si usted no es un propietario de tiempo compartido en el resort, y si piensa en asistir a la presentación, informese antes de hacer cualquier tipo de compra, que se le deje leer el contrato antes de firmarlo y asegúrese de que es lo que le dijieron que es, hacer todas las preguntas que tenga, recuerde que es su dinero, es su compra, ES SU ELECCIÓN!

I recently bought a timeshare with Villagroup, but I've decided I no longer want it. Does anyone have experience with Villagroup timeshare cancellation? Any tips or advice on the best way to go about it would be greatly appreciated.
I have had a very frustrating experience with Villa del Palmar Cancun, and I feel compelled to share my story among the many Villa del Palmar Cancun timeshare complaints. The sales tactics used were extremely high-pressure and deceptive. They made numerous promises that turned out to be false once I signed the contract.
Attempting to get any assistance or resolution from their customer service has been an absolute nightmare. They avoid addressing my concerns, and I have been met with nothing but unhelpful responses and delays. It’s clear that they are more interested in trapping customers in their contracts than providing any real value or support.
I strongly advise anyone considering a timeshare with Villa del Palmar Cancun to think twice. The entire experience has been stressful and disappointing, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what I have. This company needs to seriously reconsider how they treat their customers and handle complaints
Quite possibly the biggest mistake of my life. Kurtis Jensen lies with the best of them. Nothing he told us was true. Complete waste of hard earned money.
I’m a prisoner for the rest of my life. I’m so frightened ! We just bought on October 7, 2022. Every thing I have read in the comments are exactly what occurred when we were in the presentation. How will I ever survive this horrific financial doom❓
This place is an absolute scam! While the resort was beautiful beware of the residence program they try and strong arm you into. They make a lot of claims and promises they cannot uphold. They even charged our credit card without our permission for $4000 after we cancelled. When we asked to talk between us they would not let us and I had to beg and yell at them to let us leave the presentation after 3 hours of sitting and having them talk us into it. When we finally got some space and felt we wanted to move forward based on the fact that they have bonus weeks with RCI Signature properties and promised guaranteed weeks at all Disney resorts for set prices we bought based on that fact. They even showed us pictures of the Disney properties we could use. Only to leave and do some research and find out Disney left RCI earlier in the year and they could not back what they promised us which was the reason we enrolled. When we called to cancel we got the run around and then they charged our credit card $4000 for using the upgrades they gave us when we bought. Well when we bought we didn't have the intention to cancel until we realized they lied to us. We would not have used anything they gave us thinking we would cancel but being lied to about whats included should void the contract altogether on every level. When questioned about it they said they didn't know about it and that we could use it just at other prices. Not what we agreed to. Fraud!! Run Run Run away and do not believe anything they tell you.
The executive from Villa del Palmar Flamingos called several timeshare offering a free voucher for 3 nights and 3 days. I thought about it for a bit and when I told her that I was not interested on the 3rd or 4th call, she abused me verbally. Beware of this place and any free offers they tell you about, these people do not seem to have any regard for other people respect and it seems they can go down to any level.
We were on vacation on Febuary 2019 to Villa del Palamar and we got scammed. It sounded so grat at the timeshare. We had nomoney and had to borrow money to just pay upfront fee. To this day we are still paying and every time I call to find out about the unit. We only get: O we are atill working on it! I have been listening to this form almost a year. We don´t have this that much of moneu and I don´t want to ruin our credit this is so disrespectful.
I regret so much doing business with the salespeople at Villa Flamingos, they are so misleading, they convinved us that this was a much better deal than the one we had at Sheraton in Florida, but honestly I´d rather stay in a motel the worst part is I signed a peper but I didn´t get any kind of contract. Now how do we proceed to cancel? they don´t even take our phone calls.
I’ve had nightmares since dealing with this company. I terribly regret buying a timeshare in Villas del Palmar. I feel like my rights have been violated. They told us I could rescind my timeshare contract even after five years of being an owner, and we just realized we had a period of five days??? I can't believe this!!!!! Now I’m still stuck with a property I don't want to keep paying
We were scammed by Grupo Villa during our vacations in Los Cabos, they had us for more than 5 hours under pressure and giving us alcoholic drinks. Now that we enter these forums we realize that everything is part of the trap to deceive us and make us sign the contract. Since we already wanted to leave the presentation, we forcibly signed the contract. The next day we returned with our cancellation letter and they did not accept it. It's been 3 months me and my wife fought through several emails and Villa del palmar still can’t give us a resolution.
