QUEJAS de Tiempo Compartido en HACIENDA DEL MAR

We were totally cheated! Nothing verbally promised was delivered in the contract and then they said were were unable to pay by credit card or debit to our Canadian US funds account. They took our credit card for the down payment to the tune on 3thousand but we could not pay the 236a month on the rest of the contract by credit card or debit to our US account even after we received a letter from Concord who collects from then that they would be debiting our account therefore concord servicing corp was no better is this regard and they are also there to protect consumers so they say....
If you are Canadian do not ever buy here as you will be ripped off. They took our 3K but they wont get a single penny more. Broken promises and a grab for cash is all that this place is under the umbrella of Quinta del Golfo....do not ever enter into a timeshare with that name.

I Spend a very unpleasant experience with this Timeshare people, completely cheated me, I had the bad luck to go to a presentation of timeshares and there was where I was convinced to purchase one, worst of all is that I could never use, i feel so ashamed, damn scammers.

this people are very dangerous , so if you want to invest in something cool , avoid this, the only thing that you will get is to lost all your money, on my onw experience y lost a l lot of money , i had many complaints with my wife tnx to this, so pls dont get near this.

Its incredible , annoying and awesome the ways how they manage the situations, i mean the art of scam is on their veins , seriously its a nightmare to keep paying something that we cant use or enjoy , cancellation is the best option,ALWAYS.

I felt in their trap once and i dont pretend to felt again, so people if you are looking for a good investment , a timeshare here is no the good option, their maintenance fees are so high really , and the stuff persons are very annoying , they offer things that cant affor, so avoid this if you can , dont waste your time

They are a giant scam.They will lie to you just to get you to sign their contracts.

I decided to call my credit card company to cancel the charge. They looked it up and found that they charged the amount twice!

The company is a scam. Do not deal with them. Better yet, stay away from time shares altogether, especially Hacienda del Mar

They told us too many things, and they did NOTHING.. they just took our money
