You cannot trust these people! I will discourage anyone who is thinking to buy a timeshare with Casa Dorada!!!!!

Casa Dorada, they are miserable, they catch you and offer you wonders. At the end you get nothing and make you pay the contract.

Do not buy anything at casa dorada these guys promess you a lot and it´s just part of their game they don´t care if they say things they cannot see through they just want to sell you a big lie, they tell you about fractional ownership and tell you it´s not timeshare, well guess what it is and a little bit more expensive it´s the ultimate scam watch out if they tell you you will own it’s not true

I know a lot of people who get scammed by Casa Dorada!

what happened to us at casa dorado would be unlawful detention in the u.s. How about if we all get together and figure out how to recover our money? There has to be a law to stop this company.

We purchased a timeshare from Globequest at Casa Dorado. We sent a letter as well as email to rescind on the fourth day. It was verified to had been received. No luck getting out of contract. Contract and the dealings of Globequest is not under Mexican law. The contract is under the jurisdiction of St Kitt and Nevis. Do not buy in Mexico! Do not purchase from Globequest! Promises are not kept. You are stuck unless you can negotiate in St Kitt and Nevis? Good luck with that. It might be more fun to at least go vacation and wear a "let me tell you about my timeshare at Casa Dorado" shirt on.

We purchased a membership in Globalquest Travel Club at a time share presentation at Casa Dorada in Cabo San Lucas in December.  We subsequently decided to cancel the membership and mailed a certified letter of same to the Globalquest Travel Club office in Florida within the 5 day right to cancel period.  The post office sent back the return receipt card with the signature George Jerez.  Since then Globalquest has refused to refund our $1500 down payment saying that they were supposed to "receive" the letter within the 5 days - it didn't matter that we mailed it within the 5 days.  We are reviewing what form of legal action we should take but in the meantime want to warn others that this isn't a legit company.
