Quejas Comunes:
- El vendedor podriá reclamar que se puede vender tiempo compartido anterior del cliente por una gran suma de dinero y la compra del tiempo compartido Maya será regulado por la presente reventa.
- Vendedor ofrece un intercambio de capital o el comercio en el programa.
- El vendedor le dice que van a alquilar su semana Maya para un gran beneficio y emitir un cheque al cliente dentro de unos meses para que puedan pagar el tiempo compartido con los ingresos de alquiler.
- Muchos clientes se han quejado de que cuando van a cancelar en el plazo de 5 días, les dicen que su depósito no es reembolsable, y entonces se convenció al cliente de una rebaja.

Those people dont even care if your are ok with " your timeshare" rarely they ask if your want to cancel it, in my case i had many complaints with the people who work in there, all those persons see you like money, and if you dont have it they gonna blow you far away , the beds are very old and the air conditioner was very bad calibrated, all the room feel so wet, avoid this pls.
I have had this timeshare for 14 years. I have never been satisfied. When I initially purchased this timeshare and given promises of how many weeks 30K points would buy. Year after year, the "weeks" have dwindled, and when asked for an explanation, they do not respond to emails. Literally, I have sent 5 emails inquiring as to the recent deduction....no response.
We have been scammed and there was no regret or apology for having wasted our time. The conduct of the employees at this resort has made us certain that we do not want to participate in or purchase any timeshares from this company. Please do not attend presentations from them as you could potentially waste many hours without the delivery of the incentives promised.
Quisiera saber como puedo cancelar mi tiempo compartido solo utilize una semana y fue un pésimo servicio no incluía la habitación que habían prometido en el paquete, me hicieron esperar horas para asignación de habitación cuando había confirmado mes antes la fecha para tomar mi tiempo compartido
is a shame that those people make money scamming persons that really want to have a unique place for relaxing , actually i have a lot of complaints with this resort, me and my husband acquired one timeshare, at first everything was well, but then the sale stuff people start to bothering us saying that we need to pay some maintenance fees, im talk about a very high bunch of money , i dont know what went wrong with this people , so dissapointed
We were scammed too and we want out but don’t know how to get out. I wrote to the office and explained how we were deceived, lied and high pressured into this thing. We can not afford it either, we would take the loss and donate it, but as you said that can be a scam too…..If you’ve found any help….I’d appreciate knowing how to get out.
definitivamente no volvemos a el mayan palace mas que nada por la experiencia de que me quisieron ensartar el tiempo compartido de la manera mas insistente que pueda haber, el vendedor estaba desesperado por sacarnos el "si"
My husband and I bought a timeshare on March 12th. On March 13th we went back to the resort conference centre and spoke to the salesman we bought from. I wanted to cancel the sale because we felt there was misrepresentation of the facts. However, my husband did not help me follow through at that time. Now the 7 days of ‘cooling off’ are over and he agrees that we should have sent a registered letter and rescinded. Is there any point to sending a registered letter now?
I'm stuck. They told me, they would help me to rent my weeks, and they never did it !!
A mi también me engañaron diciendo que se podía arrendar y cuando contacte y pague a las empresas que ellos sugerían todos desaparecieron nadie te contesta ni te dan información y ahora no se que hacer
