QUEJAS de Tiempo Compartido en MAYAN PALACE

I want to cancel my  membership I bought  at  Mayan palace, I was defrauded, they told me that they  would sell my  other membership and they didn`t I have to cancel this because if I don´t I will have  to pay the maintenance fee and I don´t want to  pay  them. I need to cancel my timeshare right now!

I purchased a membership with Mayan palace I bought it because the salesman told me that I could rent my weeks for 1000USD per week and that they would buy my pueblo bonito timeshare. I been calling for 3 weeks now to  Mayan palace and the manager told me that if the promise is not in the  contract  then  they won´t buy my membership.

I am desperate, I was promise that all my weeks it would be rented for $13,400 Us dollars.  I been waiting for almost 14 months  and they  have not contacted me and I know they didn´t rent my weeks. I am tired of this I have not received a good service and I want to cancel my membership.

I went to Mexico and I attended a timeshare presentation at Mayan Palace and I purchased a membership. They took my pueblo bonito timeshare and promised me to sell it, the total price of my membership was 13,500 Us dollars but I only paid $7,500 the rest was going to be covered with money obtain from  my pueblo bonito timeshare. I noticed that they charge  my credit card for $6,000 Us dollars And I thought that it was a mistake, I called  the resort and they told me that the charge is right and it was  made to pay the membership that I bought with them, I told them that the seller told me that my membership   was going to be paid in full with the money  of my pueblo bonito timeshare and they responded me that  my pueblo bonito membership wasn´t sold yet and  it was time to  pay my membership.  Can you believe that?

We went to mexico last April and we purchased a timeshare at Mayan palace, we were told several lies in order to bought the timeshare. We paid in full our membership. We read at your website that you can help us to Cancel our contract, we would like be contacted by your company.

I went to Cancun to relax and enjoy a good vacation but when  I got  back home I had bad news for my family. My husband and I were told that our current timeshare could be sold and with that money could pay our membership with Mayan palace, we signed the contract because we thought that we  only will have  one timeshare. But it turn´s our is not true, and we have to pay 2 timeshares that we did not even want it.

I purchased a membership at mayan palace for $34,000, we made a down payment for $8,000 , the seller opened to us a new credit card without our assent  .we have 3 years with the membership and we never used, we thought that have this membership is a waste of money and we  want to cancel it.

I`m very concern about the experience we had in Mexico, we went to timeshare presentation at Mayan palace, we were invited by a friendly person he offered us a free tour if we assist to the presentation and he told us that the presentation  will take us like 90 minutes, we thought that it will be a good deal 90 minutes for a free tour. But once we were there at the presentation of 90 minutes took over 5 hours. We tried to go but they  were very aggressive and didn´t let us go, we don’t know  how happen but we  bought a membership, but we already  have a  membership with another resort so our seller offered us to take that membership as part of the payment of the new membership, we  agreed  and we signed the contract for the new membership, but now that it is time to pay our Mayan palace membership we called  Mayan palace  because they did not send us our check for our old membership and it was until that moment that the seller told us that   our membership maybe could be sell it but it wasn`t guarantee and now we have to pay the monthly payment for both.
