QUEJAS de Tiempo Compartido en MAYAN PALACE

One year ago I purchased a timeshare that I did not want to buy. I was put under such pressure and had been kept hostage for 3 hours that I finally gave in out of desperation to get out of there. They promised when I went in that there would be no pressure and if I said no that I could leave. I said no at least 25 times. Now I have a timeshare I truly can't afford....just like I was trying to tell them! What can I do?

cuento con un contrato de tiempo compartido pero por cuestiones economicas deje de pagar el servicio de mantenimiento por 5 años y como sigo con problemas economcos quiero ponerme al corriente para vender citado contrato pero me dicen que rescesionaron el contrato y la verdad se pago mucho dinero como para perderlo asi nada mas, que puedo hacer?

Soy victima de un fraude de tiempo compartido con Mayan Palace, tengan cuidado turistas, Mayan palace y sus vendedores estan como tiburones al asecho!!

  amigo Roberto veo su comentario y conozco su problema se que no puede salir de vacaciones como usted quiere, y yo tengo la solución a ese problema solo dígame si le interesa y con gusto lo atenderé

En el 2002 compre una membresia de sea garden perteneciente a mayan palace, y por complicaciones economica la termine de pagar un poco tarde, despues de pagar todo por fin pude usar mi membresia y  empezar a disfrutar de los beneficios pero no corresponden a lo que adquiri en su momento, ademas ya querian que adquiriera algo de mayor precio a lo que puedo pagar.

We bought into the Grand Mayan 3 weeks ago and were told the same stories that I read on the internet. High rental for unused weeks, increase in value every year, no mention of 5 day period to repent,...they assured us that our other timeshare would sell through their recommended agency. We have also been told by the sales lady not to tell the person (last person) we saw when they had us sign the papers that we were purchasing based on the resale of the unused weeks and based on the sale of our other timeshare. They taped our answer and we were asked to say no although we have told the sales lady that this was the case. I am now getting the feeling that we were robbed and that this has the potential to ruin us financially.

while on holiday in Cancun we ended up at a presentation at the Mayan Palace which was to take 90 minutes but took a lot longer. As you probably know the location is very nice and they sell you while serving alcoholic beverages,... Th…ale lady advised us that the weeks purchased could be resold through an agency of their recommndation for $3,000.00 per week x 3 = $9,000 per year and that the user fees wouls also be paid, on top of this any sale generated by this to a new client would generate another $1,000 deposited in an account for expenses whicle we would visit. as you can see this sedems very good (too good). We ended up staying at the resort as we purchased for $40,000 with a deposit of $10,500. While there never was ay mention made of having 5 days to cancel the transaction as I felt uneasy and met with the salelady a few time during this 7 day stay. She kept telling us what a wonderful deal we made and that we would profit if we reppented and wanted to resell. Before finalising the deal she told us not to tell the last man we saw that we bought counting on the rental revenue an the resale of our other timeshare that she guaranteed would sell for good $$ ans could be applied to our purchase. All in all we were taken and we read same horror stories on the internet.

Quiero cancelar mi tiempo compartido con el Sea Garden Nuevo Vallarta, ya he pagado mas de la mitad del costo y ahora me entero que el SEA GARDEN como tal en Nuevo Vallarta ya no exite se supone que cambio de nombre, ¿entonces que paso con el tiempo compartido que estoy pagando? ¿que se puede hacer en este caso?, ya que quiero mantener mi historial crediticio limpio.

adquiri en el 2008 una membresia del desarrollo marina vallarta en el mayan palace de puerto penasco  con numero de folio ppco2043 dando un anticipo de 32,055.92 pesos y mensualidades de 3,587.41  pague el anticipo y 12 mensualidades despues me enferme y me atrace y  hasta la fecha no se como estoy con mi membresia  lo cual pido informacion o que se me rembolse mi dinero
