QUEJAS de Tiempo Compartido en MAYAN PALACE

Jamas debimos de aver asistido a la presentacion de tiempo compartido, nos vendieron una membresia de por vida y no podemos cancelarla, queremos hacerlo puesto nada de lo que nos prometieron es verdad, buscamos ayuda urgentemente!!!

Olá. Compramos um desse timeshare em 2012. Precisamos de ajuda. Como devolver e receber o que pagamos ou é parar de pagar e ficar no prejuízo?

They told us and wrote on the invitation one thing but did not honor it. Was extreamily upset. The manager gave her word that they would follow through on getting us what they promised but all of a sudden their phones were all off ... they go by cirque de soleil.

Yes that's true VIDA vacation / vidanta they are getting everybobys money for nothing .
WE SHUOLD GET TOGETHER AND DO ALOT OF ADVERTISING, calling TV, news , sings at ther towns and mush more

Podra ser este el peor que he cometido en mi vida, y eso es aver firmado un contrato con estas personas de mayan palace, en mi opinion les recomiendo abstenerse de tener algo con ellos , terminas pagando mucho por nada.

Hice un trato con la intervención de la compañía de resguardo: TRUST TITLE AND ESCROW LLC que por recomendación de la otra compañía: International Trade and Marketing Services se comunicaron conmigo vía telefónica y por correo sobre una supuesta compra de mi tiempo compartido que tengo en Mayan Palace, que creí como un negocio y, sin embargo, fue un engaño total ya que solicitaron depósitos iniciales a las cuentas de Grupo Turístico Tierra y Mar del Sur SA de CV; Creaciones Turísticas Timbal SA de CV y Corporativo Alom Integral Solutions por concepto de comisiones por la transacción, seguros de la operaciones, impuestos, etc. y la venta del mismo nunca se efectuó, me negue a realizar otro depósito por lo que solicité una cancelación por escrito, se comunicaron sus abogados a los cuales canalicé con mi asesor y es la fecha que ya no hay más información y respuesta a mis correos y llamadas.

Traded in one TS, and signed up for Vacation Privileges account.
We also had reserved one week in advance and paid. After getting back to hotel in Cancun, felt so bad wanted to rescind, but didn't know where to send it to as there is so little information on where we send it. The paperwork/agreement was conspicuous in the lack of this information, and lacked any statement of Mexico’s 5 day rescind period.
After getting home, we attempted to get assistance from Vacation Privileges ( a Phoenix USA company)to reschedule our week.
Earlier we cancelled our reservation with intent to reschedule, but we talked to numerous people who couldn't / wouldn't help and the next phone number provided would lead to another dead end. One person said he would have to first refund the money and then we could reschedule/book, but then communication ceased after many attempts to call back.
So no refund, no rebooking, can’t even use the vacation resorts we purchased and paid for. Now the transfer company is calling for the trade in, which I don’t want to do as the traded-in company is SO much better and professional than Grupo Vidanta/Vacation Privileges, etc. The transfer company has a terrible reputation when Googled, in fact is a possible SCAM as well.
Can’t figure out how this mess is supposed to work, and when you try to it fails miserably. That’s why I think this is a SCAM as it does not deliver. What a horrible deal, especially since it is so far away, and I get angry thinking about it still…….
Avoid them at all costs………

Lo peor de lo peor son estas personas, que no dejan de engañar a las personas, es increible como nosotros caimos en la presentacion y compramos a base de puras mentiras ! no podemos usar la membresia porque nunca esta disponible !1 tenemos ya 3 años asi y seguimos pagandola !! necesitamos ayuda URGENTE

BUYER BEWARE>>Our lesson learned is that everything you will hear at a Vida presentation is a lie. If it is not written somewhere in a contract that both parties sign, then it is not valid deal. Even if this was in a contract somehow, they still have the power to say no and change the rules. We will never again visit a Vidanta (Vida) location and we will be aggressively spreading the word about the fraudulent company and their practices.

same here, mayan palace timeshare contract was the worst deal that i ever experienced, actually i dont know how i felt in their timeshare sales pitch , for me is very annoying how this scammers of mayan palace are continuing operating scamming more and more people with their fraudulent tactics, dont buy anyhing with them .
