QUEJAS de Tiempo Compartido en PUEBLO BONITO

Actualmente vivo en Santa clara California, pero fui de vacaciones a Cancun, a mí siempre me ha gustado mucho México, pero esta última vez que fui regrese muy desanimado. Fui invitado a una presentación de tiempo compartido en pueblo bonito, yo no tenía muchas ganas de ir pero mi esposa insistió y decidimos ir, la presentación estuvo muy larga y nos hicieron desperdiciar toda nuestra mañana ahí, pero lo peor no fue eso, fuimos convencidos de comprar una membresia la cual no queríamos, pero nos presionaron tanto y nos hablaron maravillas de ella que terminamos comprándola. Ahora visitando sitios como este me doy cuenta que no fuimos los únicos que nos sentimos en esas condiciones y también estamos buscando la cancelación de nuestro contrato, si alguien puede ayudarnos por favor infórmenos, compramos $ 25000 y fue hace 2 semanas.

1 month ago my wife and I went to Vallarta to spend a good time for vacation; everything was nice until we were invited to a timeshare presentation at pueblo Bonito. We didn’t want to be impolite, so we said yes to the seller. First bad thing: the seller told us that the presentation was going to  take us 1 hour, that was a lie, the presentation took  us 5 hours!! My wife and I were so disgusted, then they didn´t let us go, we saw several  sellers  trying  to convinced us to buy a membership, finally we meet a  friendly seller  that we thought was a nice person and we signed  the contract, they promised us  that we would receive earnings for or what we bought and  that was another lie!! All the presentation was a totally farce. TOURIST IF YOU GO TO VALLARTA, DON´T GO TO PUEBLO BONITO, THEY ARE CRIMINALS, THEY ONLY WANT YOU MONEY, AVOID BEEN SCAMMED!!

hi, I purchased a time share in Pueblo Bonito, Cabo San Lucus, on Tuesday. We were told that Pueblo Bonito would rent our timeshare and resell our previous one. I would like to consult with anybody in your company to clear some questions and possible cancellation if we were mislead.

I went to pueblo bonito to cancel my membership because I realize that it is not profitable as the seller told me when I purchased my membership, last time that I visited   the resort the seller told me that what I should upgrade my membership to  take full advantage of the resort and it will be easier to  rent my weeks, I told the seller that I will think about it. Should I upgrade my timeshare?

I would like to cancel my contract, I was victim of a timeshare scam  and I want to get rid of this timeshare contract. I never felt this way, so frustrated and disappointed for the purchase that I did.

I don´t recommend pueblo bonito they lied to me and took my Money in a dishonest way, they sold me a membership as a investment, I told them that I already had a timeshare and that I did not wanted another one they told me that I could use both and I could rent my weeks at pueblo bonito because is a new system that could generate a profit. I been waiting for 3 years for the profit they promised me and until now I haven´t received a penny.

I´m in my 5 days cancellation period and I would like to cancel my contract with pueblo bonito. I read some of your articles and I am interested, I would like to take some  advice from you  by you because you are experts and you could help me to improve the  cancellation process  and get my full reimburse.

I´m very concern  because I  thought that I could pay in full my membership with  my other timeshare that pueblo bonito promised me to  sell, I have other expenses and I can´t give afford paying a expensive membership  as Pueblo Bonito, they are not honoring what they told me. I have  called the resort to cancel my membership but they  don´t  answer my calls.

I`m looking  for my full reimburse of money ,I was taken advantage by pueblo bonito , we sent all documents required to Profeco  to cancel our contract but they couldn’t do anything for us . I would like to have a consultation regarding my situation.
