Al final, el cliente se refiere a una empresa de reventa que no vende su tiempo compartido antiguo y el cliente se ha quedado atascado con dos tiempos compartidos y la cuota de mantenimiento para ambas propiedades.

they sold me a membership in the understood that they would sell my current timeshare. they promised me that in 90 days I would have a check on my mail. We initially made three payments of $900, but since we havent received our check, we cancel our credit card and we deceided not to send them more money. now we are looking to recover our money.
I bought a timeshare today at pueblo Bonito sunset and was given promises that I realize they will not fulfill after reading contract. I paid $8000 as a down payment. I need hel to get ride of this timeshare scam contract.
I have a jr suite and pueblo bonito sunset beach. I want out as it was not as promised. They just put on American Express and had them look into getting my money back as I beleave it's a scam,Can I cancel
We purchased a 2 week timeshare through Pueblo Bonito Sunset in 2008 and have been mislead the entire way. Informed in 2008 - We would receive 4 promotional bonus weeks in addition which could be banked into RCI. I sent numerous emails inquiring just to find out they were bogus. - Our Pueblo Bonito ownership certificates state that the ownership is only for 30 years, however we were told it was a lifetime ownership. I asked via email to get these re-printed and shipped to reflect such. Our Sales Rep emailed back more peddling gibberish. - We were informed that this was an investment (the main, main reason for purchasing) and was told it could be easily rented or sold for double to triple the value, especially with their new exclusive signature Golf course being built. - We were informed our room would have a Jacuzzi . Which is one reason we purchased the unit. This was not the case. - We were informed we had access to the future Golf Course being built which also was not the case. By the time we visited in 2009, we found all of the above to be false and were coerced into another upgrade in order to receive the Jacuzzi room, access to the Golf course and two free week certificates for our “troubles.” This canceled our 2008 contract and upgraded to a new 2009 contract. Upon receiving these certificates, we found out that they were for a Jr. room, not a 1-bed condo as informed, and could only be used at about 6-10 locations, not the unlimited as explained. - In 2008 we were also informed that if we rented our purchased week through them, that the total of rental sales would be divided between all PB Sunset renters that year and we would get our percentage whether the room was rented or not. Upon year end in 2010, we come to find out that they “could not” rent our room, and it was deposited into RCI. The final straw being, now our membership to RCI has been canceled after being informed that they would pay it yearly.
My wife and I purchased at Pueblo Bonito every year on November 16, 2010. We have paid a deposit on our credit card of $5,500, and like most we have signed something saying we won't cancel.
Hola, quiero cancelar mi contrato de tiempo compartido por razones economicas, que puedo hacer?? ya he hablado con personas en Pueblo Bonito, y también les he mandado correos, pero no piensan ayudarme.Ya tengo un año pagando mensualidades, y nos hemos visto muy apretados economicamente por ayudenme!! mil gracias.
I bought from Pueblo bonito 3 months ago and still have not heard from RCI. I paid deposit and are now auto-matic bank drafting monthly payments. They admit in writing that they have 90 days to set up the account with RCI but we can't do a thing until we are set up with RCI. TI´m sick of this and I after read this comments I want to cancel my membership. What should I do Know?
Compré un tiempo compartido en Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Los Cabos y estoy arrepentidísimo. No me han dado el servico ofrecido y ahora que quiero reservar una fecha me dicen que no hay disponibilidad. Esto es un fraude definitivamente!
We recently purchased a time share through Pueblo Bonito Sunset resorts. The salesman told us several things that sounded good at the time, but don't seem to be true now. We were told they would rent our week, which would cover our maintenance fee and give us around $4000 in income every year. We were promised 5 extra weeks of vacation every year and told we would only have to pay a certain price for rooms we wanted. He didn't say there was a time stipulation although the prices he gave us and the time frames seem to be a major difference now. We have payed out downpayment of almost $15,000.
Tengo varios años de que adquirí un "TIEMPO COMPARTIDO" y nunca lo he usado, porque lo que me prometieron fué falso, pagué el contrato en su totalidad y varios años de mantenimiento, dejé de pagar el amtenimiento y me envían el estado de cuenta y recargos. No me interesa esta adquisición y quiero cancelarla; no tengo el contrato a la mano, lo perdí por falta de interes. Cual en mi mejor opción?
