- Vendedor hace al cliente que renuncie a su derecho de cinco días para cancelar, ya que la membresía que está comprando supuestamente es una oferta especial sólo un día.
- Vendedor se compromete a vender su antiguo tiempo compartido para poder pagar el nuevo tiempo compartido. Al final, el cliente es referido a una empresa de reventa que no vende su tiempo compartido antiguo y el cliente se queda embaucado con dos tiempos compartidos y la cuota de mantenimiento para ambas propiedades.

Hotel Xcaret has beautiful views, but everything else feels chaotic. Getting into the parks was a nightmare of lines and confusion. For what they charge, I expected attentive service and smooth logistics. Instead, it felt like a factory churning tourists through the same experience.

Hotel Xcaret looks impressive, but the chaos behind the scenes ruins the experience. The parks are overcrowded, the transportation is disorganized, and getting simple information takes ages. We paid for an “all-inclusive luxury experience,” but it felt more like a tourist factory.

Hotel Xcaret is beautiful, but the management needs to handle the crowds better. Every activity required advance reservations, and without them, you were basically left with nothing to do. For the price we paid, it didn’t feel worth it.
En Hotel Xcaret, la comida era buena, pero la logística fue un desastre. Las albercas siempre estaban llenas y los restaurantes se saturaban rápido. No esperábamos tener que pelear por un lugar en cada actividad cuando pagamos tanto.
