Raintree Vacation Rentals, in conjunction with Starwood Inc., is a defendant in a suit by over 150 plaintiffs who claim that Raintree converted timeshare ownership to fractional ownership and then never delivered ownership title to the "new" owners. The case is being heard in federal court in Chicago with David Novoselsky as counsel for the plaintiffs. To date, the plaintiffs are missing ~$23M.
I would like to know how I can cancel my membership with raintree. I have had my membership since April 2008, and everytime I want to reserve a week it is always no avaliability. They promised it was a good investment, which its not! And that I could rent it easy, of course I can't!!! I would just like to get rid of it now!!!!
