Sell "WorldMark, The Club" timeshare?
We purchased "WorldMark by Wyndham, The Club" 6000 points timeshare through loan finance, and we are still have 10000 outstanding balance. It was our big mistake. Since we are fancing financial difficulty, and we connected with WorldMark regarding stop the ownership, but they told us they don't offer buy back option, the only way we can do is to find someone to purchase our ownership. Does anyone know what is the best way to sell the timeshare owner ship? And what the value of 6000 points WorldMark worth currently?

If you want to sale an "used" timeshare, unfortunately there´s no value at the second market. A lot of people are giving, even for free their timeshares due that all of them must pay fees every year or for any service or benefit included so people having economic difficulties or cannot afford the payments or simply don´t pay, are sent to collections no mattering the timeshare companies if that affects the customer or not
