Help with credit card dispute with Grand Miramar
I might be in the middle of the scam. We bought a forclosure at the Grand Miramar in exchange for the sale of our Grand Luxxe. We have been contacted by the closing company regarding the completion of the sale and ownership transfer. We expect to close very soon. We were told we could stop it any timeshare and all founds would be reimbursed.

When people buy a new timeshare with the promise of get the old one sold and the new one will be paid with that money, then be ready for a scam...disputing charges doesn´t guarantee the reimbursement of the monies paid either so the bes you can do is to get legal assistance and cancel the new, old or both contracts
