Is Diamont Travel a Scam?

While at a presentation at the Sea adventure resort in cancun on January 30 I was talked into buying 6 weeks per year for 10 years.on my documents it says that relax travel there after referred as Diamond travelers now after close to 3 months all i got isan email from diamond travel. but it seems that I can´t book the weeks anywhere.I paid $3000 that is why agreed. I wounder if I been had and they ripped me off my money.What do you suggest.
