How to get out of Playa del Sol contract?
We have send a resort notice of cancelation without results to date. The Resort has challenged our dispute filed with Chase M.C. and is in arbitrration. I need and advice!

The only way to get out of a timeshare contract will be placing a legal process at the country where you bought. Those companies don´t accept cancellations after certain time after the contract was signed (according to the laws of the country) so the best recommendation is, get legal assistance
