How to get rid of my krystal timeshare?

Many years ago, we purchase a timeshare in Krystal hotel, Cancun Mexico. We were intentionally misled about a timeshare at the Krystal resorts. We were told that they would rent out the unit and we would receive money back until now we still waiting for our money.
