How to get out of Mayan Palace contract?

I upgraded my Mayan Palace to Grand Bliss and now cannot even get Grand Bliss. Would like to get my money back. Is this possible?

If you purchased a timeshare in Mexico, the Mexican laws give five days after the purchase to request the cancellation, so if you left this time frame go away, then the only way to get rid of it will b placing a formal complaint through the Mexican Authorities hiring an attorney
